I think it's a safe bet it will arrive. With all the hype around Persona 5, sooner or later they will release this game again for the PS4 to keep the Persona craze around. Plus, they can always do what they did with Valkyria Chronicles remastered and releasing it for a cheap price. Persona 4 Golden for 20-30€ would sell like hotcakes on the PS4.

Or maybe release with persona V pre order then release as a stand alone a month later or whatever.
