wrong.

They said they ran the game at 4k resolution and downsampled it to 1080p, to get a better image quality.

HOWEVER, even then, its not as good looking as the PS4 version.

PC issues:  shorter draw distance, texture blurring on distant surfaces, much lower anisotropic filtering, aggressive detail transitions (trees/shadows/foliage look worse than PS4, esp at longer ranges),  Has less "greenery" than PS4 version (lacking grass/trees found in ps4 version).

 

Basically Digital foudry is saying:

PS4 1080p > PC 4k resolution downsampled to 1080p.

so it looks better than in every setting on PC? including 4k
