The problem here is that there is no generally accepted definition of AAA other than "reallreallygood". Some people use it to mean games with an average score of 90+, in which case MGS4 would be the PS3's first AAA exclusive. Most PS3 fans don't like this definition. =P
I also think this is a bit restrictive, and doesn't correspond with common usage. I've heard many people refer to underappreciated gems with poor reviews as AAA, or talk about the PS3's AAA exclusives right after launch. I prefer to use it as a category for the very best games of a console, that are clearly above the rest. For the Wii these would be SMG, SSBB, LoZ:TP, and maybe MP3:C, for the 360 Halo, Gears, and Mass Effect, and for the PS3 probably Ratchet, Uncharted, and Resistance.
That list is probably pretty bad, but it's just an example of the idea behind it.
