Seriously, Obama wasn't even born and it was war. There's nothing to apologise for. Will Japan apologise for all the millions of chinese they killed for example? Cmon... war is ugly. Let's try to look past it and strive not to repeat it.
Apologies don't bring people back nor do they erase the past.
