Well, that and the complete ignorance of the Pacific Theater of WW2, but that's to expected when people are educated very far from the events on a global forum.

What is funny is that we are closer friends with Japan and Germany than we are with most of the Allied powers.  Too bad the whole nation building thing didn't work out for Iraq and Afghanistan.  So much waste in government spending projects carried out through private corporations.  This time it was all about greed.
