Don't know how much benefit there would have been to 360 if it had HD DVD. What I do know is that for my sake I wish it had since Blu Ray would have had very very little chance of winning the format war. Instead consumers are stuck with inferior hardware, region coding, higher prices. Thanks a lot Microsoft and thanks a lot Sony.
