Try setting your shadows to low or medium and your textures on high, also i think the game has a problem with the LOD so if you lower that also it could help. |
The main gripe I have with the game is that a 980 cannot handle it and yet I can handle a plethora of AAA games fine and even early access titles. Ark isn't exactly going to be Star Citizen since it's made with DX 111 in mind along with being tailored to X1 and PS4 in the mix, the requirement for more and more power for very little output ir irksome at best, even with DOOM and those Nightmare settings seem like a joke for more power and little gain.
