I'm sorry but I'm going to have to disagree considering how boring and uninspired most of the missions were in GTA 5. Way too many fetch missions for example, way too many missions were I was tasked with escorting an NPC as they yammered on about things I could not give a damn about.

You just described every gta ever.  Don't let nostalgia cloud your judgement.  Gta V was awesome
