I gave my Vita and a ton of games plus a ton of digital ps1, PSP, and Vita games away earlier this month. Great hardware but I never ever use it. I have a PSTV so I can play at least some of the games, still.
Never really had a problem with the cards. The only issue was that I had two and whether I swapped cards, everything I organized went all over the place. And there was this one time (I made a thread about it) that my daughter didn't know my password so it gave her the option of resetting everything to default. THAT really pissed me off!
*Edit* giving my Wii and a ton of Wii/Gamecube games away today, too. Not all, but most of them. It's time. My 3DS consoles are probably next...
