I know right? My last job I had I was getting along great with all the other IT guys. We had a lot of fun even when the job was stressful. It didn't even matter if you were a trainee or a manager, everyone was part of one big team across multiple cities.
I would go back there but going back to a job you once quit is never a good idea.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
