True, water effects are the weakest part of this game. Aside from that, underwater is fantastic.

I would have to greatly disagree. The water effects are top knotch. Real time simulation with wind effects? I would say the weakest part of U4's graphics is the shadow resolution which ranges from low to high, which are depended on camera distance in some cases. Other times, they're just low, specifically if you point a flashlight up close to characters.
