When The Last of Us 2 comes out I'll be able to submit an answer. I would say Uncharted, but I didn't play enough of Golden Abyss to say for certain.
Thinking back it's a tough one, I'd probably throw TimeSplitters out there, at the time I was playing the 3 of them, I didn't want anything else from them. Put so many hours into those games whereas even MGS, GTA, GT, FF, etc have all had iterations I've either wanted more from or just didn't like. Mario Kart is probably a good shout, but again I haven't played all of them (handheld versions) so can't say for certain.
