Every AAA game makes a lot of noise for me but my PS4 is still quiter than my original Xbox or my PC and even my Dreamcast. It doesnt bother thanks to the Earphone input right at the controller.
Newer PS4 models have decreased the noise, the 1100 models have improved and 1200 models even more.
