Do we need oversight for game reviews?

If the publisher says that they are going to give the developers a bonus if the game reaches a certain score, why is it a ridiculous policy?

This happens in every job.

Hell, even the people that flip burgers on a Mc Donalds can reach the Employee of the Month if they exceed and do their work right.
