Framerate should come first, which is why they should have lowered the resolution further so they're not stuck at 30fps. That's embarrassing.
Also, there's no "true" HD here. 576 is pal standard def. You know, the resolution the PAL PS2s rendered in. If something is 720p, 1080i or 1080p, then it's HD. Those are the HD standards. Anything else is not HD, so you're either dealing with standard def (480i / 576i) or you're dealing with enhanced definition.
