Yes! It's Noctua NH-L9x65. I actually checked the TDP guideline 1st for intel core i7 EXTREME.

I meant a graphics cards with an after market cooler, as in not the reference design. Because some of those coolers are longer than the reference ones and can make installation a PITA.
