Can you provide a source for the following claim?: "anthropogenic carbon emissions are warming the planet and as a result crop yields are increasing and the world is generally becoming a greener, more habitable place."

Plants like warmer temperatures, and the places that are most heating up are the frozen ones.  So now those frozen places (some of them at least) are more viable for plants).  Plants also like CO2.  It's practically common sense that right now, it's good for plants.

Bad for polar bears, good for plants in the short term.  Long term could easily be a different story.

Plants also like water and water tends to evaporate away quicker as temperature increases. Sure plants like CO2 but they also dislike drought.
