I've read that the 1080/1070 is DX 12_Level 1 compliant, or DX12.1, and unfortunately that doesn't say much as the 980Ti was also DX12.1.

So yes, we'll have to wait until reviews to know how it fares in real world (not only in VR games) and DX12 games.

Yeaa cause as cool as VR is, its really not where my interests are atm since I probably won't be getting one until revision 2 at minimum. As more and more games come out in dx12 and it is looking to be the future of gaming, that is where my attention really is because I want a card that will shrek in dx12 more so than anything. We will see though! I am wondering how Forza 6 Apex is doing in terms of benchmarks since that's another DX12 game. This is gonna be one hard wait for the reviews loll

VR still doesn't interests me. Maybe once it falls into acceptable prices I'll give it a shoot, but that still seems a few years ahead.

I would also like to see Forza Apex benches, but so far I haven't seen any. Maybe next week.

I hope the new cards get benched in both DX11 and 12 games. Hitman and Tomb Raider would be good candidates as they have both versions.

Please excuse my bad English.
