I m still curious about dx12 performance though. Based on current gen benchmarks, AMD cards have been beating Nvidia cards in dx12 in several games and the entire press conf, there was virtually nothing about dx12 performance. I soo want to see the reviews urghh

I've read that the 1080/1070 is DX 12_Level 1 compliant, or DX12.1, and unfortunately that doesn't say much as the 980Ti was also DX12.1.

So yes, we'll have to wait until reviews to know how it fares in real world (not only in VR games) and DX12 games.

Yeaa cause as cool as VR is, its really not where my interests are atm since I probably won't be getting one until revision 2 at minimum. As more and more games come out in dx12 and it is looking to be the future of gaming, that is where my attention really is because I want a card that will shrek in dx12 more so than anything. We will see though! I am wondering how Forza 6 Apex is doing in terms of benchmarks since that's another DX12 game. This is gonna be one hard wait for the reviews loll
