Its too early to tell yet, they ll have a big jump as well.

The reason is because we where stuck on 28nm for so damn long.

Most of this is just because of better processing nodes.

AMD will have a big jump too.

AMD needs to get Polaris 10 (232mm^2 ?) to match the GM200. Not Hawaii, not Fiji but GM200 otherwise they will be totally outclassed when it comes to perf/mm^2 ... 

Their current situation is bad enough as it is and DX12 doesn't look promising enough to change the tides ...
