AMD Radeon Software 16.5.1 Is Now Available, Optimized For Forza Motorsport 6: APEX

AMD has released a new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, this driver is optimized for Forza Motorsport 6: Apex and offers up to 27% better performance versus Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.4.2 on AMD Radeon R9 Fury X.

DAYZ EXPERIMENTAL UPDATE 0.60 NOW AVAILABLE, INCLUDES NEW DX11 RENDERER

Bohemia Interactive has released an experimental patch for DayZ. This update features the new DX11 renderer that promises to increase the game’s performance on a variety of PC configurations. As Bohemia’s SMoss claimed, this patch contains the first iteration of the new renderer and as such players will encounter loads of bugs.

 

FROZENBYTE’S SHADWEN TO BE RELEASED ON MAY 17TH

Frozenbyte confirmed today May 17th as the release date for its upcoming stealth-action game, Shadwen. The launch price of the game will vary slightly based on platforms and stores and their pricing policies. On PC it will be $14.55 / 14.55 € or less, and the regular price once the launch discount is over will be $16.99 / 16.99 € across all platforms and stores.

 

TOTAL WAR: WARHAMMER – OFFICIAL MOD & STEAM WORKSHOP SUPPORT ANNOUNCED

Creative Assembly announced today that both the Assembly Kit and Steam Workshop support will be added to Total War: WARHAMMER for launch. According to the press release, the development team will be assisting some modders in readying their mods to release day and date with the game itself.
