It looks different, that's the answer I can give you. Given that you've only presented me two random pics with different lightning, things can work all ways. While the light reflection on Nathan works better in 2016, he seems to have more detail in 2015, albeit he looks weird.
Because, honestly, can you look at me in the eyes and say that Nathan arm didn't suffer a massive downgrade in 2016? Just yes or no, no other answer allowed. :)
