Why is PSN so slow...?

Its 6.3gb, taking 3 hours (I'm guessing that means over 3 hours at the monet, when I pause and resart it boosts it to 50 minutes before slowing down a minute or two later. So, with a 60mb/s net you should be get 6 mb a second, right? I should be getting 9 mb a second based on my speed test average...wow, sony need to get on this. Does it get better if the file is over 8gb?

Gonna try and find a game in my library that's around the same size and see how long it takes, Possible it's just your area that's bad at the moment, however I've never seen higher than 4-4.5 megabytes a second, that's about the peak for PSN speed regardless of your ISP.
