Gran Turismo Sport Release on track, Where is the Beta?

One can hope, I don't get why GT6 was even released on PS3 at all.  It should have been GT6 prolouge on PS4 in the first year and teased at launch.  Like we are going on 3 years of this gen and no one evens know's how big this game is going to be or a whole lot about it.
