Ignoring everything that was incorrect about Fishy's post, I'm going to move onto the original topic.
Sony's priorities should be this with the PSP:
1. Hard or unable to pirate.
2. Lots of first and third party support, even if it means dishing out more money than they could possibly get back by selling said games.
3. A GOOD and thorough marketing campaign so that the PSP doesn't fall into obscurity like it did in 2006.
4. Features that are actually worth buying a PSP for, and couldn't be done better for a cheaper price.
5. Launching before the next Nintendo handheld, so they don't have to compete head to head and they could have a decent chance of victory (although it's pretty unlikely given the success of the DS).
