That sounds like an awful idea. No matter how "mature for your age" you are, no one should get married until they're older and actually aware of themselves and how the world works (with full-time jobs, living on your own, finding inner happiness and sense of self) which no one truly is at 16.
Anyway, this is off-topic, so we'll leave it at that.
