For a point of refrence, the PS3 sold roughly 7 million units since the PS4 came out.

Thats because the PS3 is still like 260-270$ most places.

Playstation 2 hit 99$ back in like 2008 ? and still sold decently.

PS4 the normal version could probably drop below 200$ eventually.
