I hosted the Official Quantum Break Thread to house all news on the game, but in this case, I had to make an exception. Let's get this out of the way - the game is astonishing - and I haven't even completed it (I'll have a separate review thread for that).

The game is innovative, interesting, visually stunning, and above all - fun! It's been a long time since a title has captured my imagination like this, but Quantum Break fails at very little. The T.V. Show is the icing on the cake. Each Episode is riddled with engaging cinematography - always keeping the player wanting to know what's going to happen next. I won't go into too much detail, but I invite any and all Quantum Break fans to join in the discussion.

Now I know, some will point at its 77 Metascore (a good score, mind you) and think I'm crazy. Well, for those who haven't played it, do yourself a favor, just this once, ignore any negative reviews and give it a shot! Seriously! It's easily my GOTY and I'm not sure if there's much else that will sway the pendulum. As many of you know, I'm huge on screenshots, so I'll be posting what I was able to capture (all Windows 10 version). Either way, if you only have an Xbox One (I have that version, as well), and haven't played this yet, I advise you - pick it up..........NOW!

Whoa! Whoa! Whoooooa!

Okay now, the game was good and fun but let's not get carried away!  Buy it with reasonable expectations and you'll be fine. As good as it is, there's room for improvement and after the initial run through, I've blasted through the game in no time (though I was more powerful). If you think it's the greatest game ever based on someone else's experience, you'll walk away pissed. But it with confidence and enjoy.
