Wait... what? Your kin? Like family/lover broke your stuff? I think that perhaps that is a bigger problem to solve than getting a new PS4. How do you know the new one won't get smashed aswell in a drunk haze?

As for the PS4 itself, it depends on how patient you are. The right thing at this point is to wait.
