It is. Like some of have said, there are some glaring flaws, but the ground work has been laid for a solid follow-up. Think: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.

Unfortunately, like Alan Wake, they're kneecapping it by making it Windows Store and XB1 exclusive.  I'd get it if the optimization weren't shite (I don't have a high end rig, so I actually need optimization to be somewhat decent).  And I just can't afford to get an XB1 for what amounts to a handful of games.  But, I'm glad others are enjoying it :)
