I hated very much Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, the PC version (I don't know wether the other versions suffer from this) for the uncontrolled and stupid camera changes, with the control axes solidal to the screen plane, like in old 2D platforms, instead of the character, making control during camera changes near impossible. The autochanging camera was only interchangeable with a fixed camera too distant, while there was no option for 1st or 3rd person. I don't know wether they have fixed this, I came to hate this game so much I didn't check anymore after uninstalling it.
The contrast with the really good controls and camera of Tomb Raider, since its first chapter, despite it was much older than PoP:SoT, is striking, IMHO.
Another 3rd person that could teach controls to it is Heretic II, never had problems controlling Corvus.
Another game I hated is Myth III, I found it unplayable, differently from Myth I and II, that are amongst my favourite games.
I would have liked Silver a lot more weren't for its excessive bugginess.
And I didn'like Hitman, but perhaps I could give it another chance, I really don't remember wether the low playability I perceived at that time was caused by flaws or by insufficient performance of the HW I had then.
I found shallow and deceiving compared to its illustrious ancestor Hexen I and its really good "cousin" Heretic II, although not really horrible, Hexen II.
