Theoretically, that's true. But as history tell, Nintendo isnt good with 3rd party. Because if they were/are, Kingdom Heart I and II would be exclusively for Wii. But it's for the PS3 instead :P.
That's why i said, Disney could be a big threat 4 'em IF they're not a 3rd party, becuz in general, any 3rd party is beneficial for every console/handheld/Smartphone/PC companies, not just one.
And so far, Valve Corp is the one that enjoyed the most thanks to Steam.
