All I played in Japanese arcades was Taiko Drum Master and the Pop'n' Music Adventure game. So amazing. I couldn't even try all the weird card games, because they let people smoke inside and it made me want to puke.
But yeah, this makes sense. I'd rather play Wii than go back to a Japanese arcade. I'd spend most of my time trying to win stuffed animals. I won a Goomba last time I was there.
