Well if a perv wanted to go into a women's bathroom and peep under the doors to look at women taking a piss or shit, they could do that already if they just dressed up like a woman. genderless bathrooms aren't going to make people more pervy.
The only thing I would say is that there need to be bathrooms with urinals for people with dicks to take a piss (efficiency of time ans use of space), and bathrooms without urinals for people without dicks to be able to go to those bathrooms and not risk being harassed by certain overly aggressive people with dicks. Perhaps bathrooms can be identified as "U" for urinal, and "C" for cubicle instead of M and F.
I support gender neutral bathrooms, but not across the board. I think some women/girls would want to go into a bathroom where they are confident they won't run across a man, and some men might not want to run the risk of a woman seeing their wanger, or worse still get intense stage fright where they are unable to get the flow going. So there should be 3 bathroom designations.
