If not, yeah, if not even her family will seek any kind of help, it would be good if some other relative or friend would/could, talk to her, if it's something that needs external help, should get her to se a psychologist to see if that's some sort of disturb or condition, if it's a health issue and not a condition, should take her to a general doctor or psychiatric.
