Perhaps one day but right now your analogy is flawed.
I buy a PS4 disc, it works on the PS4.5. I buy a PS4.5 disc, it works on the PS4. I can take my PS4 disc to my friend's house and play it on their PS4.5. Additionally, in the future, they'll actually be the same SKU, so there won't be separate discs.
Is it the same situation with W10 and the Xbox One?
Eventually, probably, but right now, I can't consider them the same platform.
