On the browser start page, go to "settings" .

From settings, go to "set user agent"

Choose a different "agent". The WiiU will pretend it's another device. Your choices are " Wii, 3DS, Android, Android Tablet, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, iPad, iPhone, or Safari "

One of those WILL play the video you want. I typically just choose iPhone.
