2019 is about right, 2020 at the latest.
Graphics are fine, but consoles can use another big step in processing power for new gameplay experiences. Next to physics based rendering, much more physics based gameplay and emergent gameplay would be appreciated. Faster load times, moving over to SSD, SATA 3. 1440p per eye for VR with eye tracking. Still waiting for natural language processing to get to the point you can actually have a conversation with characters. Improvements in natural sound reflections and generation.
And we need a console powerful enough to run TLG :p
