3D Platformer: Super Mario Galaxy
2D Platformer: Donkey Kong Country Returns (Wario Land close 2nd)
Brawler: Super Smash Bros. Wii U
Karting: Crash Team Racing (Sonic & All-Star Racing Transformed close 2nd)
Action game: Assassin's Creed 2 (Dead Rising close 2nd)
Open world: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (Red Dead Redemption close 2nd)
Horror: SOMA (Resident Evil close 2nd)
Fighting: Tekken 3
Arcade racing: Need for Speed: Underground 2
Sim racing: Gran Turismo 1
Sports: Sensible Soccer (haven't enjoyed any modern sports game as much as I enjoyed playing this on my Game Boy)
