yes. there will be a PS5
But just like with the iPhone 4 and 4s to iPhone 5 you mentioned; the PS4 will still be forward compatible with games made for the PS5. Which in truth means the games aren't being made for the PS5 but games made for PlayStation.
Just saying the PS5 will not mean an end to the PS4. That the PS4 will be able to run those games too. Even if it's in a way you may hate. But if that's all you can afford then hey....have at it.
