I get what you are trying to say, but saying the answer to harrasment is to turn off the PC is a very ignorant argument to make. We are in 2016, where a lot of people make living, pay their bills and take care of their families by having an online persona. Growing a thicker skin or turning off a PC is not an option. Harrastment must stop.
But hypocresy should stop with it as well, and in that point I agree with you OP.
