Hard to tell, TLOU has it's PS3 legs cut off because of the PS4 Remaster.
If VGC is to be believed on TLOU R sales, Uncharted 4 won't reach TLOU at all.
7M on PS3 within a year, plus those TLOU R sales, which are basically TLOU legs, should account for around 11M+

What I mean is that, basically, with each additional game that comes out for ND, and the accolades/critical reception, games they make are beginning to gain hype just from those past games...at least, it wouldn't surprise me to find that out.
