No countries really had terrorist attacks 20-30 years ago, there have been millions of Muslims in Europe since the 1960s, so why weren't there terror attacks in the 80s for example?

Because Europe didn't start seeing mass-immigration till the 90s and 2000s. Ever since then, slippery slope...
