I laughed... Then realised you were being serious.

The difference between the PS4 and most Multiplats on Ultra on the PC is larger than the difference between the Xbox One and PS4.

Fact of the matter is, devs already make "upgraded" versions of games for the PC, the Neo will take advantage of that thanks to it's beefier hardware... For Multiplats anyway.

That doesn't really need saying. The graphical difference between Xbox One and PS4 is neglible to begin with, so you're not really countering my point.
