Theres a reason why PC games on Ultra look very similar to console versions, developers do not optimise for the most powerful hardware, they optimise for the most popular.

I laughed... Then realised you were being serious.

The difference between the PS4 and most Multiplats on Ultra on the PC is larger than the difference between the Xbox One and PS4.

Fact of the matter is, devs already make "upgraded" versions of games for the PC, the Neo will take advantage of that thanks to it's beefier hardware... For Multiplats anyway.

"Graphics are best on console because of limitation."

When in actual fact...

"Graphics are best on PC because of no limitation."

You don't understand what I'm saying with that, when devs work to optimize for specific specs magical things happen, effects and graphical trickage that becomes the norm, if power were no obsticle devs like Ubisoft would just invest in lazer envirment scanning tech and have away with the art team, it would work out much cheaper in the long run. And before you reply, just look at these videos I was kind enough to reply to an earlier poster on here, the first ones a joke put just look at that second one.

I'll ignore that trolling video.

No, magical thing's don't/didn't happen.

It's amazing the kind of graphical leap that console multiplats had once this new generation came about, thanks to the lowest common denominator finally catching up to low end/mid-range gaming PC's... Before that, because of the restrictions that we had to endure... Games looked ugly.

And it's starting to happen again, PC's are so far advanced and constantly improving, that games are starting to stagnate graphically rather than "wow" thanks to the consoles limited hardware capabilities holding back multiplats.
