Graphics are best on console because of limitation. Ps4 Neo will impact this negatively?

x86 is much easier to code for, and so is the PS4 with the unified memory space (cpu & gpu) shareing memory.

The PS4 is like a dream to code for compaired to the PS3.
There being a newer PS4(K? neo?) doesnt really change things any.
