I understand where you're coming from, Grampy. And you're right, the "console war" is just a marketing phrase (sort of like "price wars" between supermarkets, and "price wars" between gas stations; same general idea, same reality of situation). But while you will get the more open-minded and mature users to agree that bashing and gloating over consoles is pointless, you're not going to get the majority to agree to that.
