probably because it's streamed from the DVD on the 360.
I would say if you want the exclusive DL content, go with the 360. (you have to pay for it btw). If you don't, go with the PS3.
The PS3 gives you:
- Less popup (but basically the same)
- Faster load times
- Motion Controls (if you want to use them, they work well with the helicopter)
- The PS3 controller (it's a preference, but I like it better for this kind of thing)
And this one might just be me, but the reason I went PS3, is I feel my 360 has a limited life expectancy. If I can help it, I like to keep it alive as long as posable.
