Oh BioWare isn't happy, that's for sure. They haven't even announced a title for their new mainline IP yet, and it's been in development for a wee bit over 4 years. I believe before even Andromeda started development. So yeah.... they aren't very thrilled. I'm not even sure if it's worth the effort for them to upscale it.
I think at this rate, the Neo PS4 will only be successful if the NX actually offers 4k support. Of course allowing games to be at both 900p and 1080p for easy ports. For Sony's sake. I hope they don't force 4k mode on developers. A lot of them can't afford the resources to do so.
