This isn't how the things are, Universal Windows App, only make it Easier to port the games from Xbox One, to PC, and Vice Versa, the port isn't made by itself, the developers still need to port it, otherwise would means 100% of PC support for Xbox.
Microsoft, also is likely to follow the same idea, like they mentioned before.
And if Sony, lose the Mommentum with this move, we still have Nintendo, or maybe a new console manufacturer, Microsoft, need to make a Very good move, and Sony, need to make a very big mistake, to Microsoft, take the lead, a Sony's Mistake alone isn't enought, they haven't even a VR Device Yet.
